  • Team wellbeing sessions;
    Covering all areas, both physical and mental health. A chance for team members to develop a deeper understanding of who they are, what makes them tick and how they tick in a healthier way.
  • Managing stress and anxiety;
    Learning some of the above can help us naturally manage stress and anxiety, their workshop looks deeper into why we spend so much time worried, stressed or anxious.
  • Resilience workshops; (very popular at the moment)
    During this workshop we look at the resilience battery model. We learn a good sense of how we gain more resilience and how we stop our resilience going into unhelpful areas.
  • Imposter Syndrome workshops                      
    Do you have team members you feel are capable of so much more yet their imposter syndrome gets in the way..?
  • Vicarious trauma workshops                     
    Now more than ever before we are seeing an increase in vicarious trauma, now more than ever we have to step in to ensure our team members have the resources they need.
  • Our inner chimp workshop;
    This covers a basic understanding of how the mind is set up and functions, taking into account our primal roots.
  • Difficult conversations around mental health and wellbeing (managers)
    Conversation around mental health and wellbeing can be the worst to have, during this workshop we learn how and when, with empathy and understanding.
  • Mental health first aiders supervision and CPD.
    Having MHFA is amazing, we love that companies have taken this move, but who is looking after your MHFA? Each session is a combination of supervision, giving the MHFA a chance to talk their experience. And also CPD. In current sessions being delivered we find that the MHFA leave empowered and ready to support others, needed now more than ever before.
  • Remote working wellbeing,
    This workshop looks at all areas of mental health and wellbeing taking into account the current climate.

This is just a small selection of what we do. We also encourage companies to tell us what their needs are, we can then design a bespoke programme to suit.
